Post to: Miss Wanganui Ltd 28 Maria Pl Wanganui Rules and Regulations Rules and eligibility for entering The qualification for eligibility are that each contestant shall have attained the age of For Teen Contestants: 13 years before the 30th May 2009 but shall not have attained the age of 18 on that date and shall submit a copy of there birth certificate if required. For Senior Contestants: 18 years before 31 August 2008 but shall not have attained the age of 25 on that date and shall submit a copy of their birth certificate if required. Shall be a Be Zealand citizen or naturalisation and have been a resident of New Zealand for at least three years Should be of good character and possessed charm poise and personality and have beauty of figure and face Shall be persons of whose background is not likely to bring disrepute to the Miss Wanganui Ltd name or title the license holder or promoter or any person associated with them. Shall be a female Who uses the prefix Miss before her name. Who must have never had a marriage annulled nor given birth to a child and must not be pregnant and must have sworn statement attesting if required. Who has never been through a ceremony either valid or invalid weather religious civil or tribal that is recognised as a marriage ceremony in any other part of the world. Any contestant or family member showing less than sportsman like behaviour will lead to disqualification of the contestant. No refund will be given under these circumstances.
